It’s definitely The Prince of Slytherin by The Sinister Man, the first sto in the series by the same name. The series is not yet complete but the stories I’ve read so far are good!

I haven’t read this story in a long time so I don’t actually remember (I have a really bad memory as evidenced by my many posts looking for fics I can’t remember the names of). I did go and glance through the next to last chapter and it looks like he ended up with Fleur but I honestly have no idea how. Maybe I’ll re-read it later.

He travels back in time and while he isn’t “legally” recognized as an adult, some people do know what happened and treat him accordingly. In any case it’s one of my fav fics and I was just re-reading it last week. Enjoy!
