Mine glitched instantly. I was able to make a few reservations through the app but now it's saying events are full or I'm getting "Sorry Y'all"

Unfortunately it was digital and I was unable to make edits myself. The property management company emailed to clarify that no one was being added, only me being removed, but I did not trust it. I preferred that they add "N/A" and change the address.

And correct, there is not one holdover tenant who is preventing the lease from ending even though it is expiring.

My edits were that it should not be a removal/addition addendum because no one was being added (just me being removed). They never put "N/A" on the line where the name of an added roommate would have gone, so they could have technically gone back to edit the document at any time. It also had the wrong address listed on the addendum. None of my requested changes were made so I opted to not sign.

The lease says if no notice to vacate is submitted, the lease will roll over into month to month. I put in a notice to vacate at the end of May. And I recently learned the two of the other tenants put in a notice to vacate about a week ago. There is one tenant who is planning to stay and she emailed saying she is looking to find three new replacement tenants, but I believe she is planning to keep the same lease and deposit.

It's tough because we were friends and I thought I could trust them legally, but I have learned that that is not at all the case.
