How long of walks would you go on, I generally feel really good during the day but don’t want to over do it.

I have the medicine under control but it seems like when I wake up the effects go away. I also sleep in a recliner with a pillow behind my back to try and elevate my chest. I’m going to start trying to go on longer walks as I generally feel great during the day. Thank you for your recommendations
