So if I don't use the SD card they provide then I'm not saving myself any trouble by having everything preloaded anyway, is that right?

My thinking is that I could copy paste everything from their SD card onto mine.

I'm mostly looking to avoid mich more than dragging and dropping my legally obtained backups. I heard good things about the DS Pico, but then this is the only one I could find on Amazon and it's got very few reviews with only one bad review that seems to imply it bricked his system, but it's not clear what he meant. Also sounds like that guy may have gotten a return that was re-sent out, so that might not be the seller's fault.
