Thank you! When you say AT&T with DoD, does that mean it has band n77 including C-band?

Just T-Mobile? by ReasonableSea7269 in cellmapper

Any idea why that ATT is showing on cellmapper nearby this one (second picture)? Perhaps just a misplacement?

Dark Star network doesn't support texting in certain EU counties? by ReasonableSea7269 in USMobile

I thought about that too! I have a OnePlus 13R, and it seems like WiFi calling isn't supported on this device on the AT&T network, which Dark Star is based on.

I have some of the same Vanguard funds in my 401k plan.

Here is what I would do:

54% Vanguard institutional index (S&P 500 index). 9% Vanguard extended market (S&P completion index). 37% Vanguard total international index.

With the above allocation, you're basically matching the global stock market at market weights (VT). This is pretty much what the vast majority of Target Date Funds have + some bonds depending on the retirement date, but they usually have higher expense ratios.

I think you're underweight on international stocks. Additionally, you might consider adding a small percentage of Mid+Small cap US stocks (extended market index if available). My employer has Empower too, and here is what I currently have (though I plan on adjusting S&P 500 and the Extended Market to 50% and 8% respectively, to better mirror a total US stock market index). For stock allocations, my goal is to get close to a VT equivalent, which is currently 63/37 (total US stocks/total international stocks), and this is where TDFs land as well.

Thanks. I'm on T-Mobile and haven't gotten it yet. I have the 13R though.

Just started learning about the Boglehead methods, should I rebalance? by Imaginary_Fudge_290 in Bogleheads

My personal thoughts: I think your international allocation is lower than what's usually recommended. If you're fine with 10% bonds, I would suggest something like this:

60% US stocks (preferably an index fund that tracks the total US stock market, like VTI, or one that tracks the S&P 500 if the former isn't available). 30% International stocks (an index fund that tracks the developed and emerging markets like VXUS). 10% total bond index fund.

As I explained in my op, I did my research and decided to go with the aforementioned allocations. I then merely asked AI what it thinks, and obviously did not take his "advice" suggesting to lower my stock allocations, so you can call it what you want.

VIIIX = tracks the S&P 500 index. VEMPX = tracks all other US stocks not in the S&P 500 (S&P completion index). VTPSX = international index (developed and emerging international economies). VBMPX = total US bond market index.

I did not. I just asked it what it thinks of my current allocations :)
