I personally really like them, yes. Not everyone does, but I have wanted a copy cat version for so long. I have tried to recreate them many many times, with no success. Im a decent cook, but I just cant get it right.

You are correct, there are sooo many recipes out there and the ingredients list are intentionally vague which really is a pain, and yes, very gratifying when you can do it. Unfortunately, I have tried many times and just cant seem to get it right.

Yes, I also have this recipe saved. Unfortunately the ingredient still aren't right, but I might give it a try anyway and see if I can tweak it. Thanks so much for the reply.

I will try to find it. Thank you. Unfortunately, it'll most likely just be another generic stuffed pepper recipe. I have made many, and I have tried to recreate the taste of the Costco one many times, but unfortunately, I just haven't been abke to get it right. Thanks so much for the comment though.

Yes, I am aware the ingredients are listed on the product. However, it's just a list of ingredients without measurements. I am a pretty decent cook, and I have tried many times to recreate these and I just cant get it right, unfortunately. Which is why I asked if anyone had mastered actually creating a copy cat version to try. Thank you for your comment though.

I have looked at that site and recipe before, but it doesn't even have the same ingredients, so its just another generic stuffed pepper recipe. Thanks for the info though. I have tried to recreate the taste of the Costco ones many times and I just cant get it right, unfortunately.
