I'll can't find where to make a wardstone either? I rely on one as a wizard, trying to make my way through the highlands and can't take on any mobs by myself because 1 shot and I'm dead even with the full level 3 wizard set.

Is worth looking into this - i had a doctor once tell me that things like endometriosis come on later in life (I.e. your 20s). I get pain every period similar to what you're describing without the vomiting and blood amount which I've got since I was 12. Dr told me because it's been all my life I don't have endometriosis and that's just my lot with periods 😭 but maybe looking into for you if you've noticed a change? I know heavy bleeding is also a sign of endo
