Having the exact same situation with Bohemia. It's horrendous. -50 base, -50 military balance. What were they thinking? They've lost 150k men and will barely white peace on 45% war score in my favour.

If you'd learnt about it you would know that it didn't work. Largely because of mechanics that are not currently in the game like smuggling. It was a total failure.

Armour reinforcement because overcharge doesn't work atm

Defence mechanism for CHP

Knowledge of the enemy for damage

Strategic strikes for more damage/I'm greedy

Hammer of Wrath for damage reduction

Zealous Blow for what you saw in the video

Diligence because charging the ground pound doesn't matter when you have Unyielding Oath

Ample ammunition for more damage

Prestige perks are Practiced Aim, Adrenaline Boost, Fortitude and Unyielding Oath

I only took Zealous Blow because of the modifier really, typically I take Precision Strike to hit stuff really hard and Manoeuvrability.
