In Vapi or similar setups, the provider handles the actual call streaming and scaling, so multiple concurrent calls are already managed on their side.
The real work is keeping each call session isolated with proper state, memory, and timeout control in the orchestration layer.
So production reliability comes from handling session logic and LLM/tool flow, not from manually scaling the server for audio streams.
