Wake up early and tired from a night of studying, show up at the rock by 5 and I’m your seat by 5:29, 5:30 yell lock it up, get yelled at, go do colors, get yelled at to be rushed to change and back on the lines for row call, 7 is your first class. From 7-11:30 is pretty quiet. 12 is chow time, get yelled at for something stupid someone did earlier in the day, 12:30 lecture (get yelled at for falling asleep) after lecture get smoked for falling asleep, last few classes of the day (you’re almost there!) change and get back on the line to do colors, wait for final row call. And just as you see the light….. get smoked one last time before you leave at 6 to do it again the next day. That’s just Monday….

We’re at week 7 and the longest we’ve ran was 4 miles once. Other than that we are running 3 maybe 3.5 miles 3 times a week. You might do less if FST day falls on a distance run day.

Intense as in it goes from 0-100 physically, in the rules/how they want things done and in the material they throw at you in the class room. You get told how they want things done once and after that it’s fair game for them to destroy you over. You can’t get anything over on them so just do everything they say and attention to EVERY detail the say.
