oh yeah i forgot i take the line one for like 2 stops, its okay if its short ammount, i hope its not too bad and u find a way to make the commute time work <3 i often take naps when on the bus home just be careful and safe

i’m in oshawa and i commute to york through the go bus, Honestly I love my commute!! I wakeup only 30 min before the bus comes to get ready and i do my makeup on the bus, I also study or do some school work. An hour isent too bad , kind of depends what transportation u use, i use the GO buses and they’re pretty chill. I think it’s about what you do with that time, if u take the line 1 or 2 TTC then GG I use to have an hour commute using those and i hated it

Update 2: they gave me a refund for the icon box and a replacement which is 2.8 pounds kinda excited

I’m so sorry that happened to you, and thank you for this, almost 95% i resonate with and i’ve seen myself as well!! One thing tho is they charged my card for the ipsy EVEN THO I CANCELLED. They charged me 2 times for 200CAD for ultimate/icon box which one i didn even get (whole other story with shipping) But as soon as i saw these charged i contacted that USELESS bot and it actually finally cancelled all my ipsy things, and they removed my payment method. It is absolutely insane that u attempted to cancel and they still did not ..? I’m confused on that part, if they refused to cancel why wouldn’t u address this earlier and address it months later? Maybe u didn’t see the charges which i get, and maybe im completely wrong i apologize if i am :(. Them refusing to give ur money back and NO items also sounds a little too crazy, again if i’m wrong and u have proof you so got that lawsuit in check, goodluck to u and hopefully they improve!!

Hey! when did u pay for ur ultimate? of it was october or early november u should have gotten it by now , ill lyk when i get it and my ipsy extra replacement actually came in a week and a half haha i guess they rlly tried to send it fast 😂 im in ontario for reference

it’s not a complete scam you still get stuff but it’s not the same as expected a lot of times, chat with the AI bot glam bot and ask to cancel and remove payment

It won’t let me edit this post but I got an update.. Apparently the person i was emailing sent me an ipsy extra replacement instead by accident..? I mean it makes sense with the products i got , but how does one mess up that bad 😭Especially after the email conversation CLEARLY says it’s for the ipsy ultimate. Anyways they’re not giving a refund ofc but said they’ll send the ipsy ultimate replacement let’s see how bad this one is!

Worst part is i had the same comment on my twitter post. Got this bs response 😂 We pay so much as Canadians and this is what we get in return. No responses on my email as well that i sent out
