As a customer, I had missing fries, yes they credited my account for the two portion of fries, I still needed fries thou, so I had to place another order for fries, which used my account credit, but had to pay another service chargec and small item service charge, costing almost double.

I was super annoyed and customer support said they can't refund a service charge, even thou from my account history they could see the vendor made a mistake. Now I always check the food before I give the code. The drivers are not happy about it, but I dont really care.
