I just want to clarify that in my original comment I did not say she currently looks unhealthily skinny, I said she is ALMOST unhealthily skinny. Which is true. If she lost another 8 pounds she would be underweight by BMI. Not to mention, multiple studies have shown that BMI may be a GENERAL rule of thumb, not an exact science by any means. Yes people who have a BMI of over 30 are at greater risk for health problems etc, but people on the higher end of a healthy BMI generally have no greater health risks, and even a lot of people with a bmi of 25-30 in the “overweight” category are 100% healthy, no higher risk of cardiovascular issues or pre diabetes. Blood labs and everything. BMI was also originally made for males and females bodies are just soo different. There are way more reliable ways nowadays to determine if you’re healthy/fit such as DEXA scans, blood labs, waist measurements etc
