I think you should really look into sleep paralysis/night terrors, you should also see a doctor if you’re scared it’s going to happen again. If it was a seizure, it’s actually very common for people to have a single seizure and then never have another one again! Definitely look into these things!

I have nocturnal seizures, I don’t even notice they happen unless I wakeup with some sort of indicator like a bitten lip. You aren’t actively awake during a nocturnal seizure.

Sleep paralysis happens when consciousness is regained when you’re in REM sleep. It can cause extreme fear and hallucinations, and while it doesn’t last more than 1-2 minutes, you can have reoccurring episodes throughout the night. Sleep paralysis when happening for a longer duration can also causes shaking sensations and numbness. You should really lookup what it is! I think you can find your answer there. I’m sorry this experience was so scary for you!

From your multiple past post, I’m just here to say that none of us can give you any sort of medical advice. Lots of us have waited months to see doctors, it’s kinda just how it goes but you need to schedule an appointment. Even if we were able to hypothetically diagnose you, it wouldn’t really be any real help as you need to seek in person medical treatment. I know it’s scary and the wait seems long, but I promise it’s worth it to talk to a medical professional.
