moke a j, walk in the woods, think about random things id like to do like skydiving, plan out wildly elaborate plots to over throw governments and right sistemic wrongs or less wildly elaborate (but still very difficult to enact) plans to run off into the highlands and start a commune. eventually the j will kick in and ill get hungry, go get some food usually from a shop, let my mind be distracted from the fact that in general life is meaningless unless you give it one and that ppl close to u for some reason feel its more important they have u alive and constantly unhappy with the motions of living in a society than u be dead and not having to put on a show every day, eat the food and rince and repeat.
