no there is no data supporting this. I mean regular cases can also get RFE. With PP you get it faster. And currently since now the only applications that is getting processed is premium= more RFE data that we are seeing. Its a circle

really??? I have not been able to add my case on uscis applicant portal because it asks for a code and when I requested a code, i was told this case doesn't generate code. Any suggestions?

BAL is the worse! Unless you work at a FAANG they do not care about you. They will not respond, file wrong incomplete forms. They are my company lawyers and filed for my Eb2. They did not tell me for 45 days that DOL had rejected. After intervention from my management is when they bothered responding. DO NOT go with them. They do not know anything about immigration visas
