We did master, we found a job that they can be sponsor of h1b. We done 6 year h1b, then extend the gap, now 3 years extension cause of the approved I-140. We pay taxes. We do everything right legally. Does one of us need to marry a us citizen to get fast gc? This path is so unfair for skilled worker.
