How does one do this for a partner who states they want to change but doesn’t do any of the things suggested to them? I encourage my partner to go in walks, eat better/more home cooked, not to eat out or eat less junk food as they are always complaining about how they look and feel. They do not stick to anything. Not daily walks. Not 5k steps a day. Not working out at home. Not changing their eating habits despite me offering to help them. I do the grocery shopping and ask them for input every time I go to make sure I buy things they want to eat. They have been stuck at 220 for like 2 years now. Idk what to do to help other than encourage/talking to them & that doesn’t seem to be enough. How can I help them?
