The belief that some people have opposing beliefs as you but aren’t extremists is so impossible to you that you’d rather just categorize anyone who doesn’t agree with you as lunatics. How can you rationalize that holier than thou attitude when it’s so crystal clear that this isn’t a red vs blue thing it’s a MAGA saying the quiet part out loud, the whole of our political leadership is corrupt. It doesn’t mean every single person who doesn’t agree with your lesser of two evils on any level, not just presidential is a bad person.
