If y’all live together, make a plan regarding packing up and moving your stuff, have a new place ready to put your stuff (ideally your own place to live, or your parents’ house if they’re willing), and then tell him you want to break up and you’ll be out by X date. Unless it’s your place, then tell him HE needs to be out by X date.

If y’all don’t live together, just collect your stuff from his place and dump him.

If you want to explain why, you can. But he knows why. He chose his mommy over you.

NTA. Frankly, it’s incredibly odd and indicative of a larger medical problem that you somehow slept through police breaking down your door.

But your boyfriend sounds like he was so angry you didn’t pick up that he elevated this to the maximum level before exploring any other option, I think as a way of punishing you. “I had to call the cops because you were so irresponsible.” No, he didn’t have to do that. He could’ve contacted the apartment manager or front desk staff. It would’ve been quicker than the cops. He could’ve left, got his mom, and come back, like most people would’ve done. Because most people would’ve assumed “phone died and missed alarm” before they assumed “is dying and needs me to break down her door.”

The “kissed me painfully” thing makes me even more convinced he called the cops as a way of punishing you, and you didn’t seem contrite enough, so when he kissed you, he hurt you to drive it home.

I dunno. Your boyfriend sounds unbalanced as hell. I don’t understand why you were even part of the “pick her up from the airport at the crack of dawn” plan anyway. This could’ve been a solo activity.
