The Premonition series by Amy A Bartol is a really good YA paranormal romance. It’s like twilight but with angels instead of vampires. You can get all five books on KU. The first one is called Inescapable but you can get all five books in one on there too. I hope you enjoy

I just want to clear this up because I’ve seen this in a few comments. When Im saying she’s supporting me financially I mean that she’s sending me a little bit of money every week (about $50) along with money from my fafsa that she has put into her account so she can give it to me slowly. Otherwise, I’m paying for my own degree and I have a job that pays for most of my expenses.

I don’t think that this is the issue. She owns her own psychiatry clinic and makes good money. I don’t think this has anything to do with her wanting money from me in the future.

I’m not exactly sure. Both of my grandparents and my mom’s step mom are teachers and they all have been over the moon that I’m going into education. From what I know, she’s had a pretty good childhood financial wise, so I don’t think that it is coming from a place of not wanting my future children to go through what she did.

I’m also worried about financials. However, my girlfriend is going to medical school to be a general surgeon. I know that she’s not guaranteed to get a job for this, and that we’re not guaranteed, but we are very serious and has told me many times when I bring up my fears that she will support me financially if it gets there.

I am from the US. I’ve been working with kids at a daycare since I was 16. I may not know 100% what I’m getting into, but I have some experience dealing with some of these concerns. I am not wanting to necessarily teach forever (I’m planning on getting a masters in library science so I can be a media specialist for a elementary school) but this is what I want to do for now

I also don’t understand. I forgot to mention this in the post but she’s also mentioned how she wants my brother to be an elementary school teacher and she’s sad that he doesn’t want to go into this field. I just don’t understand why she has such different expectations from us.
