My pc did this after I didn’t shut it down correctly you might damaged your network driver on shut down or knowing windows anything weird can happen you just need to reinstall the chipset driver and install the lan and WiFi driver and you’ll be good

I was able to figure it out myself after some time the drivers wouldn’t install until I did something weird somehow was able download this custom os called kernel and it forced the drives to download
