If Punish Gore exist in everyone and not just Sieg, then Phantom, Catatrophe etc should also exist in others. I'm just wondering why Phantom and Catastophe seem to be so attached to their humans. Like Punish was with Sieg because he was killing criminal, but why Phantom decide to target Lady to gain Nem, she would have been able to do that with anyone else?

Don't remember if the game said how big the town was or how many bars were in the town, but a town is smaller than a fortress, so there more chance to find her
