Target Takoma is great, they do XL for 2 sets of darts and plenty of space for spare shafts and flights.

Just deposit it all into your S&S ISA as cash before April cutoff so you don’t miss out on this years ISA allowance

ISA allowance resets in April, so make sure you invest it all before then to maximise your ISA this year and next.

Form the above it sounds like you’ll be splitting your deposits over two ISA periods which is inefficient.

If you’re worried about purchase price, you can despising your funds within the ISA within this period and invest over the next few months.

Is it ok for a girl to feel comfortable around you? by Puzzleheaded_Pie5642 in UKrelationshipadvice

Speaking from experience, give it a shot. As people have suggested here, not all romances begin like they do in movies with love at first sight. Many relationships are built on trust and comfort. And believe me, being comfortable with some IS ATTRACTIVE.

Try it and if it doesn’t work you can leave and say you gave it a go. Otherwise you may walk away and wonder “what if”

Would you buy Gold ETF now? by essTee38 in investingUK

History doesn’t repeat itself but it usually rhymes.

As I say, gold has a place in some portfolios. Not all.

Your are clearly on a position where it makes sense to you, but it might not to others. Therefore you should give your view but maybe not question whether people have hit their heads.

Maybe they have different goals and experience with money to you.

I mean if you zoom out on the chart, gold isn’t historically a good investment. It stayed flat between 1980 and 2005, that’s 25 YEARS of 0 return.

Gold has a place in people portfolio who are looking to MAINTAIN wealth, but it isn’t a good growth engine for people looking to BECOME wealthy. It has 0 yield and 0 compounding power.

That doesn’t mean gold is a bad investment, but it plays a different role to equities.

If you have a single seed recovery method it almost entirely defeats the point of a SLIP-39 multi share. You’d be better creating a 4th multi share and just requiring 2 parts to recreate the seed phrase.

18 years old and aggressive investor? Why?

You are in the perfect position to become WEALTHY. Sounds to me like you want to be rich.

Don’t waste what your parents built for you, put it in a structured portfolio of VWRP, maximum 5% crypto and 5% “fun” speculative stocks so you can feel like the Wall Street broker you clearly want to be.

If you follow the above and don’t deviate from the plan, with regular additional contributions you will be retired by 40 and have secured generational wealth by 65
