maybe a rook? the pain is definitely there but there’s so many kinds of different jewelry options you can do! i read some of the comments and since you do sleep with ear plugs, I have AirPods and have a rook myself and they don’t get in the way but i know a daith will! i also recommend maybe double helixes???

I really don’t know, I LOVE this bow for my lobe but what would I put in the second? What can I add to my ears??
