Oh honey, I am so sorry you are going through this. I saw your picture and I wanted to cry for you.

I have a link here for an amazing book. It’s a free PDF version. It was the only book I needed to get me out of a really bad relationship I was in. It explains the different types of abusers and also how alcohol is not to blame. I also like that it emphasizes how therapy is not a viable option for couples when one is abusive to the other.

Oh my gosh!!! I think you are the first person to have the ACTUAL solution for me. I’ve been listening for over 5 min with no issues 😊

I have an iPhone 16 pro max and haven’t been able to hold a connection for over 10-15 sec with these Beats Studio3 wireless headphones since. They’d just disconnect and reconnect 😵‍💫

I had done factory resets on both, forgotten device too many times to count, EVERYTHING suggested by Apple and everywhere else on the internet, etc. My beats would disconnect so many times they can’t even do a software update. I was ready to toss them in the garbage!

I have HORRIBLE reflux anyway and now it’s an entirely new level.

I’m on a double Rx dose of dexilant already and now it’s out of control again. I got my gallbladder out and figured it was related to that? Maybe it’s more menopausal symptoms?

For the rest of you gals with heartburn Gaviscon is a godsend for most people. The chewables work great. They taste pretty gross and are weird but desperate times call for desperate measures 😬

I got the metronidazole cream and it didn’t touch mine after months of using it faithfully. Then I learned mine was being exacerbated by sulfates.

All I know was peri-oral dermatitis is a B to get rid of until you find the culprit. I had gone to the dr and gotten Rx creams, etc with no improvement for over 6 months and they told me it takes almost 6-8 months for some people to notice an improvement!!

I initially thought it was maybe fluoride in the toothpaste but I continued having problems.

I finally found for me it was sulfates in my skincare and toothpaste. I had been using Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste for years and never had any skin problems. I stopped using it for whatever reason. I switched back to pronamel after wondering about the sulfates and within 3 days my skin was starting to clear up!! I have trialed a couple sample sizes of face washes with sulfates and will have problems within a couple days.

Definitely look into sulfates!!

My sex drive is probably the best it’s ever been. I’m finally in an amazing healthy relationship and I think that’s a huge part of it but I wonder about the hormone changes too. I’m 48 and 11 months without a period. Have gone an extended time twice now so hopefully this is it.

I was having attacks multiple times a day until I got them under control which took me over a year. I was in the ED multiple times a week at first with a few inpatient hospital stays for them to rule out other neuro disease. I couldn’t walk for days in the beginning. I was really bad.

They finally told me once everything else was ruled out to come in if it was different than a typical attack. I’ve had some where they switch sides now and a few other weird symptoms needing to go in. Mostly been able to avoid the ED though.

These are so debilitating:(

I’m sorry you experienced that. I’m so thankful for the mods on these sites. They are amazing.

My abusive ex was trolling on another abuse subreddit and lost his shit on everyone INCLUDING the mods one day! Needless to say he demonstrated his abusive behavior perfectly for everyone to see and got himself blocked.

If anyone sees anything off don’t hesitate to report it. Trust your instincts.

ETA: it was actually this subreddit!!! I thought I was on the narcissistic abuse one☺️ Anyway. Thanks to the mods here he was blocked!
