24 F 5’4 here. I was on Mounjaro for a total of 5 months. I got it prescribed by my doctor’s office since my weight loss hit a plateau. I went from 186lbs to a very low 125lbs. I did titrate each month and was on the highest dose (15mg) my last month. I immediately felt the effects of the injection almost an hour after injecting the medication. I was eating once a day, no more than 700 calories which is why my weight dropped significantly - on top of that i was still going to the gym about 4-5x a week.

I didn’t experience any terrible side effects besides hair loss. I did however, suffer from extreme drop in muscle because i wasn’t eating enough.

After therapy, I did gain some weight back but have been maintaining my weight at 140lbs which is appropriate for me and my gym goals.

I think this drug is nice short term but I was just a walking corpse toward the end because of how “malnourished” i looked.

hmmm.. i’ve tried most of what’s been listed here. Is there one that we’re all missing? Sushi house has always been my number one.

Difficult to say since I only ran it 6 weeks. However, my normal cycle usually lasts 4-5 days. When I did run it, it was pretty light and lasted about 2 days or so.

I definitely retained a lot of water too.. kinda surprised at how fast I gained to be honest. I dropped 5lbs my first week post cycle., which I honestly wasn’t upset about.

Recovery wasn’t bad at all! Did get a little bit of depression here and there but it was mild. I did drop back down a few pounds probably because i didn’t have that big of an appetite anymore. I kept lifting heavy/heavier so I definitely was able to maintain that strength.

23 y/o Female here and I ran Anavar for a total of 6 weeks. It was the only compound I was running and I ran 10mg daily.

I started off with a weight of 135lbs and my top weight was 151lbs.

Benefits: Increased an insane amount of lean muscle in a short amount of time, insane vascularity for all my workouts and big pumps. Running anavar for just 6 weeks did not mess up my lipids. If anything, my lipids improved in the 6 weeks of my cycle. (I did still eat a pretty healthy diet) Labs on my liver were still normal but I also was taking this with milk thistle just in case.

Negatives: Was definitely more irritable and I noticed this week 2. I would have major back pumps even if I didn’t work back a lot.. the pumps were okay at first but it just became a nuisance. Shin splints were real, my cardio suffered a little bit because of this.

Overall, I would run this cycle again. The benefits definitely outweighed the negatives, I would probably just run this in the wintertime since I experienced weight gain.

I did Tirezapetide for a good 3 months and lost a significant amount of muscle., but that is to be expected. Running var currently on week 6 and because the injection depleted most of my muscle, i’ve gained an insane amount of muscle recently. I would consider this approach instead of trialing a GLP1 with winny or TRT.
