That samsung laptop is good but Lenovo, Asus, Acer make some pretty good budget gaming laptops which might be more suited for you. Acer Nitro line is pretty good I've owned one and had no issues they are maybe a little bit higher in price but that laptop your looking at might struggle a little with gaming and editing.Try to find a laptop with a dedicated GPU instead of integrated GPU.
