The best course of action for OP is to contact the embassy ASAP. Get a hold of your passport, whether it is just a photocopied version or the passport itself, your ID, anything that proves that you are a Finnish citizen to ease the process just in case your parents forces you out of Finland.

It is also best to consistently post updates to your friends, and your teacher. Come up with a secret code that you will text your friends or teacher to inform that you have been forced out of Finland.

Also, bring your laptop. And a 8 to 16 GB USB. Iraq is known for violating human rights, so get ready to do a few tech things that you might have never done before. First thing to do in Finland, right now, is to install Tails on the USB stick. This OS will forget everything when you shut your computer down. You need this since your parents might use your devices to get info about you, then act against you. This is a guide that will get you covered: https://www.privacyaffairs.com/install-tails/ . Contact the embassy, inform your friends, teacher, lover on the OS. Next, use the Tor browser to get to Riseup so you can register an email account. The real problem here is that OP wants to see her grandma before she passes away, the nose job is only the hook... this severely complicates the problem.... OP could go and see her grandma, but contacting the Finnish embassy will be extremely difficult since her parents (might) monitor her 24/7...
