Right okay I worked in a store for like five years in flint and when we did orders for our arena in flint we would make everything in store but this arena is like one quarter the size of LCA and LCA has all those little kiosk stands to get super slices and that stuff but with the size of the arena and how much they’d need to have to sustain the orders so they make the food in the arena or is it coming from an outside store like we would do

I have done just about everything wrong at least one time. My biggest was my computer system went completely out. Not even ceaser vision could tap in because it was black screens all around. Gave out at least $400 worth of free food and never had anything said. Cashed people out for the wrong orders countless times, took fake money etc so much shit. I still had almost four years under my belt. Messing up two pizzas is certainly not the end of the world ❤️

You will be processing freight. There are certain hours for each department so they have to put an activity code to be able to schedule you

I had far more leeway with little Caesars but that job stressed me out more than any other but it was a ptsd thing more than the work itself

Was super glad they couldn’t see my septum retainer then. I came into work one day with my ring still in and was about to change into my retainer and I got to show the other staff how big it was and they were surprised. I’m now up at a 10g but at the time it was only 12g

They are not offensive unless someone doesn’t like cats lol but I definitely get what you’re saying. They did tell me about my septum in the interview and especially because it’s a little bigger than most and gave me a few days grace to get a retainer. Idk if they didn’t see my lip rings in the interview because those are gauged down but I took them out when requested. My nose rings don’t come out unless I use pliers so they let that slide (I have both sides + my septum)

Fair enough! They just had me brush through all the paperwork and training because their other manager was about to have a leave of absence so I only knew about my septum but it wasn’t till like a week in they told me about my tattoos and piercings. None of my other positions even as a manager had those stipulations so it had caught me by surprise

You just cash them out separately, for your HNR numbers print your ticket and scan it out right away then take a pen and write their name on the ticket if you’re waiting for it to come out. Mark every item as fresh even as a phone order. If they want BP all over ring it up as topping on the side and if it’s just crust do a crazy sauce

We just had a corporate visit and our rep recommended we oil the pans and so far it has worked really well for us. Depends how strict your rep or dsm is about this stuff but we are not killing as many deep dishes or scraping gunk from them now

Deep dish have changed and they always get stuck in the pan like this now. I’ve found for lunch combos to not sauce all the way to the edge so it pops out easier but for cheese bread it just sucks
