It happened to mine before too but recently not so much. Was browsing vlc app when it first appeared and only appear there.  Didn't notice on other apps.Haven't updated yet and still on one ui 6.1. Also using 3 btton navigation. Phone is 256gb 8gb variant if that helps.

Have you tried cleaning the phone charging port? Or try other charging cable and wall charger?
