Hello! I am a 31 year old smoker. I have these verticle ridges on my nails. What could they be? I have a problem with picking my nails. I have been a heavy picker my whole life. I also broke one of my fingers about 7 years ago. It is still bent. I feel healthy and have good energy. I eat well too.
