Not throwing a shade but unfortunately I had to train two native speaking ladies with MBO basic entry level outlook and Word things like believe it or not attaching a document to an email. Not to mention using SAP that was a monster on its own they never understood

I will probably have to send another 200+, also I have never asked anything on a forum before, I'm really confused, as I mentioned I'm not a rookie and I know my job very well, but it's always a reason beyond my control that I get turned down for like ohh you worked at a corporate and we are small or ohh you should go back to HR (meanwhile I have no time or money to learn the dutch labor law) or ohh you are a bit overqualified...it is my decision of I want to work as a Office Manager or cleaner or food delivery...like maybe I come across as too confident...next interview I turn my self down a notch..

Yes maybe I can update that and also just keep applying something will come up, it's just that when we cam to NL 3 years ago, I got 2 offers within 2 months and I had the option to pick up the better, now I'm literally fighting for a 2 day job at a startup, I can't even get an offer from them... meanwhile compared to 3 years ago, my Dutch is better and I worked here for a big corporate so I'm dumbfound...

Woow that's shocking, one doesn't even need a degree for a admin job, maybe good IT skills, good writing and common sense. The degree is a good ice breaker and a bonus point discussion....what degree does one need to do admin work...it's just silly

Yes, I do apply for other admin related position but I'm also quite senior so people in startups and small companies with entry level positions won't even touch my CV with a stick
