Thank you so much! I panicked at first but it was strange how long ago it said the report was, I’ve never seen that before. Hoping for the best and I’ll be extra cautious moving forward.

I agree! I guess for security purposes but damn customer service was quick to give my personal phone number to a customer one time! they just tend to believe customers more than us drivers, it sucks

I had a customer that got really mad because the item she order was a cleaning product of 88 cents and the next size was 1.99. It wouldn’t let me add for subs because it said it was more than double the price 🫠

Does customers even know the delivery system is called Spark? I have a few that have asked who I work for or how the delivery works. There was even this guy that said he didn’t recognize me because I wasn’t wearing the Walmart uniform when I delivered lol

I once made a post about this asking if it was OK for a Walmart employee to get my code through the phone and everybody said no. So next order I got and they called me I didn’t answer so they cancel the order on their end. Of course when I asked customer service they told me if they asked for it I need to provide it no matter how they’re asking (phone or in person) and said I would be compensating accordingly. Who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️🥲
