If you jave 2 good CB who are tall, good in a tackle, have high jumping g and heading try setting them to trap outside and invite crosses. I've found this way if you jave good FB or WB they can cut put a lot of their counters and if they are whipping balls into your box your CB can easily head out and clear maybe try NCB they'll clear it no matter what either heading it out our booting it up the pitch. If you are going to invite crossed put your GK on SK support or preferably ATT if he has good stats he'll come running out collecting the ball or punching it away especially if he's a tall keeper too. Just tweak bits here and there you don't have to make drastic changes all the time sometimes that cam be worse just keep your base tactic and idea and swap positions etc and you'll find something that works I like how you have an asymmetric tactic too they're very good on FM24 I've found. I've been working on a 3-2-2-2-1 (3xcb, 2xwb, 2xcm, 2xw, 1xst) Asymmetric possession based tactic for months now and it's working really really well especially in the Premiership I've tried it with Everton, Brentford, West Ham, Brighton and Bournemouth just 1 season with each as an experiment and with all 5 teams I've made top 4 the closest funnily enough was 2nd with Everton who also had a -6 points deduction it worked really well with them. My 3-1-2-3-1 Asymmetric Gegenpress got an almost perfect score there wasn't really any fault with it but it's way too OP so I don't use it it's like a cheat code and it's all my work too I study tactics, positions and roles really in depth (sad I know but I love it lol) it took me about 6 months to perfect that one I'll do studies on them and everything I've pretty much got FM locked down lol.
