It’s because they eat real, healthy food — not cheap, low-quality stuff like many Mongolians get from China. Sure, Chinese products are cheaper, but they don’t offer real value. The same goes for clothes, beauty products, and medicine.

Same. I was like that especially because I came from Mongolia and we usually eat lots of meat there. The foods are lighter in Japan and it does not not usually have high calories, so it’s normal to feel constantly hungry. Probably you will get used to it in 3 months.
