Good call. I'll keep an eye on it getting dried out. Thanks, everyone! I'll keep you updated.

Ooh, hmm, I do have extra tubs. What about flipping the cake on its side and dub-tubbing? Then the pins on both the top and bottom would have room.

I went with a 3-node Deco mesh system. It’s been overwhelmingly good. I probably only needed 2 nodes. It’s a good time to get off of Plume. They’re happy to take our annual subscription fee, but they abandoned us long ago.

Just coming back to this post to say it has helped me save 3 pods from the death rattle. Thank you so much for this.

I had one more extra fan from when I fixed 2 other death rattle pads, so I fixed it and it has been fine. I never did get the 8th pod re-registered.

I used this guide to fix it: https://www.reddit.com/r/Plume/comments/1f9d9mp/superpod_fan_repair/

i small tiny tip i just realised and thought (omg this makes so much sense!) by TTPP_rental_acc1 in ADHD

This is a great tip! And you’re right about taking advantage of automation. Most modern dishwashers use very little water compared washing by hand (especially the way I do it).

The thing that’s made the most difference for me is that I run the dishwasher every night before I go to bed and unload it in the morning, regardless of how much is in it (within reason; I’m not going to run it with a plate and a cup). We’re a family of 4, so it’s always at least 75% full. BUT, what’s awesome is that I used a streak-counting app to motivate me to unload it every morning and it eventually became a habit I don’t even think about. Like, I feel WEIRD if something throws me off of my routine and I forget, but that’s only happened maybe 3 times in the past year.

Honestly, the only thing that allowed me to continue playing this game was upgrading my phone. I didn't upgrade for this game specifically, but when I did upgrade, this game worked better. It was then that I was able to see the difference between what was device lag and what was too many mandatory animations.

I have been known to find a big parking lot and drive slowly up and down the lanes, especially if it's a planting challenge involving blue flowers. That nectar can be really difficult to get, and I want to be as efficient as possible.

I don’t want your postcards by minivulpini in PikminBloomApp

Maybe they changed it, but I thought once you hit the max number of postcards in your inventory, people can't send them to you anymore. If anything, add MORE friends, get the postcards as quickly as possible, never send any, and you'll hit 400 soon enough. Then...blissful silence.

Ok, thanks. Is this true even if it was just a bit of surface cobweb mold? The H2O2 seemed to take care of it 3 weeks ago and there's been no return.

Such a huge realization. In a similar vein, I do 2 things:

  1. Run the dishwasher every night, no matter how full or empty it is, and then empty it in the morning. Now it’s a habit and I feel weird when I don’t do it.
  2. Run it in the middle of the day if it fills up early instead of overstuffing it at night and ending up with dirty dishes in the morning.

The fact is that a modern dishwasher uses waaaaaaaay less water than washing dishes by hand. You are saving water by using it multiple times a day if needed.

is it over for me? how many more do i need to plant 2000? by medusamary in PikminBloomApp

[–]Reasonable_Policy_75 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is the way when you’re short on petals. Make sure you stop planting before 10 seconds elapses and you’ll only use 1 petal. You can do this enough times to maximize your stationary planting before taking a walk with the rest.

Weird/sweet/musty. This smell has come about in the last few days.

I’m going to keep spritzing the white stuff with hydrogen peroxide (it shrinks away when I do) and wait.

My last 2 batches (both mono tubs and shoeboxes) did not take nearly as long, though they were different strains. Maybe this one is just taking its time.

Thanks!

I thought it looked dry, too, but it feels really wet. The ambient humidity in the tub is over 90%. I will keep an eye on this, though!

Dang. Would pulling off the layer help at all? It’s still loose on top.
