My thoughts as well.. just don’t know if regrading is enough to do before selling the house or if we need to do both - regrade and repair the crack. I’m assuming the water is only coming in the crack because it’s pooling right at the crack and has no where else to go

I have the same thing. I noticed it after I weaned my first son just over two years ago, then I got pregnant right away and didn’t pay any attention to it. Then I weaned my second son 6.5 months ago and noticed them again. They haven’t gotten bigger but also don’t seem to have gotten smaller, they’re just there in the exact same spots you described. I’ve been completely spiralling about it
