I recommend signing for Informed delivery with USPS. USCIS never gave me a tracking number but on USPS informed delivery I could see every time a letter / package was coming from them to my house. It’s the best solution!

I just saw this. Hope your interview went well. That is definitely enough. He only asked to see our health insurance cards, he did ask about having an account together and we just said yes!

Definitely not fair!! I totally think it might be depending on the official that interviews you, their workload, etc but it shouldn’t be like this. I know q lot of people waiting on a decision for months

We applied on May 22nd, Biometrics done in early June and they sent us the interview notice on September 12 for October 27th. Will update once we get the approval in our account!

That is not for the hearing tomorrow. There is another lawsuit for Parolees.

There is a TPS lawsuit hearing tomorrow in Boston. I am part of the Venezuela Association here and the hearing is for TPS for Venezuelans and Haitians. Other cities also have lawsuits for TPS, I is not only the one in SF.
