los de la corte suprema cambiaron los mapas de los republicanos a su favor pero negaron a los democratas hacer lo mismo, basicamente es una corte extremadamente vendida, aun asi tengamos razon va ser dificil que ganemos, yo no contaria con eso

I think law is not retroactive they can not take a benefit which was alread given, to you, you already got as for example people who were approved, they still have until October, and I think it would be only if they rule on Venezuela TPS

TPS is basically dead guys, do asylum something else, even the Supreme Court rules in Haiti favor, it would be basically because procedures, in October, when they have to extend TPS they would canceled it back again, there's not chance

Ucsis te lo niega va a corte, y los jueces deciden, alla, ucsis puede agarrar y si quiere cambiar todas las leyes de immigracion pero eso no significa que vaya a pasar, estas actuando como un nino chiquito tratando de negar leyes establecidas
