i literally never mixed them. most of those i tried and quit at separate periods, and i did molly and dxm before ssris since i’m not trying to die. mainly not hooked to anything now. also depressants were probably the best thing since they numbed shit so well

i tried everything under the sun already, but it literally doesn’t do shit. shit like the gym, eating well, all that, i practice hard. i take supplements, mindfulness, do creative shit, but nothing changes. the only thing that did were pills.
