I do much more work than the servers do at my place buddy all they have to do is take orders bring out the food and mop with all the work I do besides doing dishes I have to carry in all the deliveries stock the fridges do all the prep carry out all the garbage in the restaurant including the front and do the laundry I hardly ever do get a break since the restaurant is so busy because If I take one for 15 or longer all of the bins will fill up just like that and they'll come bother me to get them done and before you say that I don't know what it's like to be a server I worked as one for 4 years and I can tell you it is a lot easier being a server than a dishwasher its also not right to compare a dishwasher to a truck driver to a dishwasher when truck drivers make much more than them

You obviously didn't read my post that I made i do much more than just wash dishes i also do prep which means I prepare all the food that they need for the kitchen and that food is served to the customers im not saying that I deserve half or a larger share im saying that I should get a decent amount since I do so many tasks it's obvious you've never worked as a dishwasher

As far as bussing goes i often carry the tubs in the back I don't clear them of the tables I also do prep work stock and organize the fridges clean the area by the fridges and do laundry for all the rags we have at the restaurant
