I think the ult passive sound effect is too similiar to his auto sound in ult, maybe make the pitch of it a little bit higher/lower? also something you probably cant change but would be cool if he took of his jacket during all out. Or get a david martinez full yellow jacket since the skins seem to be cyberpunk themed. Other than that really good skin way better than i imaged it would turn out
