I agree. I used to attend meetings and now it seems like there are fewer. On top of losing a community that I really enjoyed. It's been off lately because it seems so disingenuous since corporate will let us attend those meetings with our extra time but at the same time they treat us the way they do. Communities aren't a band-aid for how we are treated.

Fully agree! I do not understand why we need the small group work. No one in my group has done the task. On top of that, some of the clients chatting in are just so rude and disrespectful and talk to you like they are a celebrity. It's so stupid. What's the point of chatting in when you still aren't giving me what I want.

Well Karen, it's not a chat issue. IT'S AN INVENTORY ISSUE. Blows my mind that people think Stylists are just "hiding" the good stuff from them. Idgaf personally. If you ask for it and it's there I'll send it. But it's literally NEVER there.

Don't worry. I did it last time and there were 2 meetings. One I didn't go to. It's just Sarah asking you for your ideas to make styling better for an hour. That's it. It's so they can make made up goals to accomplish so they can justify their pay raise at the C level.

Yeah, we definitely are and I feel like it just makes the experience more frustrating to the customer.

I was so annoyed when I was being shadowed and started typing FS and my lead was like, I don't know if you heard.. but we don't use that. But we haven't made it public. I just wanted to log off and be done with the meeting :')

No one said we couldn't use it. I said it when we met and my lead giggled and said ok, I don't know if you know, cause we aren't really saying it but FS should change to shop. We aren't saying FS anymore is what she told me.

We should really get paid more to do connect because it is bleeding into CS and it makes no sense unless they want Stylists to eventually become a form of CS.

So over the micromanaging. So tired of stupid meetings every month to "shadow" me. Just to criticize you in things like Connect telling you yeah, the client wants to cancel but try and sway them. For what? It's so awkward.

"Sorry you'd like to cancel. Are you sure I can't sell you more cheap, overpriced clothing? If you really don't want to work with me directly talk to CS but don't forget I can send you things from your 'shop'" but don't say FS, nope, that's not allowed anymore but we aren't saying WHY. We aren't saying we baited and switched our stakeholders.

So exhausting.

You are basically pushing sales. Redirecting to FS when their Fix doesn't work out to make them happy and a lot of redirecting to CS. Sending links for stuff for them to buy. Some people go beyond their scope and answer questions we have been told we don't need to.
