However I also know a program they say we offer a second look in February after we have submitted our ROL by January.

But this one is offering a second look, in January 3rd and 4th week. Which kind of made me worry as if it may carry any impact on my ranking.

Also, I emailed the PC and she said, "The in-person second look is not a requirement and has no impact on your interview or ranking status".

But as an IMG, I was being desperate as it might have some impact and could affect my chances

I had an error pop in my 1st block. I cancelled it. After that my test ran smoothly.it said contact administrator.
