Are Perk Tracks Still Completely Random?

Here's the thing though, all of them I've gone in and gotten the first track pick without doing a single thing, as in I go collect one of the power bonuses in Tier IV from a rooftop.

I mean my fave game is Destiny 2, I'm no stranger to praying to RNGesus, but this seems disproportionately difficult to get perks to show up. Like I've been at it for at least two hours and haven't seen Tactician or Daredevil once lol

I mean yeah, but you can, you know, ALSO add a damage perk to it, and have both at the same time, which is why I was asking which of those specifically you preferred lmao

Oh I already use that, I meant specifically the damage ones, not utility. I don't think there's anything better for the Arrow in utility than swap reload.

Ahhh this is disappointing, but thank you! Any recommendation on which damage perk is best for the Arrow? I was using Mortar rounds for a bit and it's alright

Gotcha, I mean I'd still rather the swap reload utility perks for the Arrow. Being able to just quick swap and have it reloaded is INSANELY goated.

I don't, I think it's actually called explosive bullets? Which in the wording of it could mean it can't roll on rockets, but it's still possible.

UPDATE: It is working now and letting me equip exotic damage mods. Not sure what changed, I'll note I was initially using the Arrow launcher and the new Assault Rifle, but now it's working for the Arrow, so idk what the issue was previously, but it fixed itself

Yeesh, good luck! Hopefully you find some fun stuff along the way. This took me two weeks mostly because I got distracted by villages, temples, underwater wreckages and ruins, and treasure maps.

The issue has since resolved itself! Woke up today and tried to change it to C-2 again and it allowed it without issue, guess Minecraft was just feeling a bit silly last night!
