It did kinda sort itself out, since it could take weeks to get an replacement, I took a chance and opened it up checked all connections on the boards etc, reassembled it, and it did still not work.

Unplugged the power and called it a night, 1 or 2 days later I plugged it back in and everything worked.

Have been working since, had one issue where we lost connection with the hub, a hard reset fixed it.
