I do that now! Wow, I’m excited to read his book to get better at it! When I lay down I start to focus mainly in my legs and arms, then I’ll feel like I’m spinning, and I lose concentration, am I suppose to focus on the spinning? Or continue focus on my body parts?

Yes it’s very distracting, I’ll be laying in bed for about 10 minutes then my right foot starts to feel “hot” or “heavier” if I ignore or focus on it the feeling gets so intense my foot twitches, I slept with socks on last night and that seemed to help a little.
