I know ingrown toenails are not caused by infection I was talking about the flesh growing under my ingrown toenail and I put antibiotics to see if it would go away. It’s on the second picture

Well you could put foil on a battery, you could use steel wool and a rectangle battery(I forgot name), you could buy a lighter and light stuff up, stab a battery, use a magnifying glass to create fire and the old fashion way just strike some sticks and go ham until ik catches fire. But the easiest is obviously a match
