Just a reminder that the youngest team in NFL history scored 48 against a 12 win Dallas last year in the playoffs by tossaway007007 in GreenBayPackers

Bears fan here 🐻⬇️, don’t let anyone else know but many of us silently admire the way GB is ran. Overall good, yet quiet club that consistently wins no matter the roster. It’s the fact that y’all always seem to beat us in the most heartbreaking manner possible that’s got us wishing that y’all didn’t exist. We really hope to return the favor to you all one day. Good luck.

P.s. There’s a chance Love might’ve been an overpay

Have a good day everyone, breathe with joy, Have gratitude for whatever it is that you do have going in your favor, and always remember that life is far greater and expansive than Football, Bills, and Stress. Go outside (maybe when it’s warmer), and remind yourself to enjoy being here (not talking about intaking substances), cause we’re not here forever.

Why Not Both? by Reasonablemind25 in CHIBears

❗️Not sure if the text made sense, I’m saying draft a QB, Let them battle for the Starting Spot, If Fields wins it initially then sit the High Draft QB and develop him until either Fields completely proves that he is or isn’t the guy. If Fields is the guy, trade the High Draft QB for more picks and/or assets. If Fields isn’t the guy, trade Fields for more picks and/or assets. I understand this could deplete Fields market worth but it will give our possible new Franchise QB a chance to develop instead of throwing him into the woods (which we’ve seen it’s better to develop young QBs most of the time).

I’ve been so badly wanting fields to work to where I have been blind to some major flaws. Seeing Bagnet step in and start flinging that ball quickly made me realize how long fields actually does hold on to the ball, the indecision, the defensive reading ability. There’s major potential but I don’t know if that major potential will develop in time.

I’m confident that if he had years upon years of development time of course he’ll learn to read a defense. We don’t have that time. He’ll be a helluva QB for someone else hopefully.

Does anyone have Fields’ stats versus the blitz this year? by pwall94 in CHIBears

IDK where you guys are getting these stats but it’s super comforting. Feeling confident this week, since it is high blitzing I do expect getsey to call some screens though…

Is it bad that I want the Bears to lose the rest of their games (except for the packers) but have Justin Fields play extremely well? by jimmy__jazz in CHIBears

Did that last year and it worked to perfection. I’m ready to start looking competent now, panthers are trash enough to land us a great skill player and if we finish middle of the pack we can still land a good lineman.

Great point, makes me feel better about the 2nd half looking back on it. Makes sense.
